13 Vildmarksturen 
The "Vildmarksturen" is a long tough journey through deep forests and unspoiled countryside. It combines paddling on both streams and large and small lakes. There are many fine opportunities for both angling and swimming.Please note that many portages (8 of them) are 1-3 km:s and that a canoecart is necessary. This is a tough trip only enjoyed by wilderness enthusiasts that don't mind mixing paddling with canoe wandering.
As an alternative there is the trip #11, Sjöturen, which is a lot easier and shorter, but with less wilderness around.
