02 Klintån  

In northern Västerbotten, some 20-30 km northwest of the town of Skellefteå, lies the river Klintån. The guidebooks describe this river as.. "a canoe trail with a variety of lakes, calmly flowing meandering parts, and rapids ." After Storkågeträsk the river's name changes to the Kågeälv and the water now becomes impassable.The Kågeälv flows out into the Bottenviken at the town of Kåge.
