23 Olandsån  

Earlier the little river Olandsån was an important shipping trail to the inner part of Roslagen. This 2-3 days trip starts from Alunda and ends at the outflow into the sea.

The river can be quite shallow and stony during the summer and the best season is early in springtime when the water is high. Between Alunda and Hökhuvud there are some dams and low waterfalls that can be rather difficult to see, but easier to hear.

You can shorten the trip and start from Hökhuvud, which makes up an easy daytrip through the beautiful nature of Roslagen down to the sea.
