05 Nyköpingsån I  

This tour is ideal for a weekend paddle. It goes on lakes for most of the time, with just a couple of short stream paddles thrown in. Even taking into account the rather large number of lifts required, this tour is still considered to be an easy one. The real Nyköpingsån doesn't begin before Lake Långhalsen. This trail runs through a landscape that changes from narrow water surrounded by forests, to that of more open water surrounded by field, pastures and buildings.
